Signing in to the same Twindor account

The screen accepts the email you registered, the phone number you registered, or the same Google account. The next visit stays on that method. A password reset starts on the login form. The password, a BLIK code and a photo of the card do not belong in a support message.

Three doors, one profile

Email, phone and Google are three labels on one form. Your balance sits behind the method you chose at registration. Mixing a new address is how people open a second profile by accident.

When the password fails

Use the reminder on the login screen first. If the message never arrives, write from the address already on the account, by chat or to support@twindor.com. Describe the step where the form stops. Leave the password out of the letter.

What login does not switch on

The session does not apply a promo code. Currency stays the one you picked at registration, so a package spin is either 1 PLN or 0.20 EUR. Check that figure in the cashier before you play.

The app uses this login

Android and TwinDrop Pulse ask for the same three methods. They do not create a spare balance. If the password works in the browser and fails in the app, you are still looking at one account.

Three doors, one profile

The login form offers three doors: the email you registered, the phone number you registered, or Google. They are labels on one profile. The balance, the currency, the loyalty status, and any open welcome stage sit behind the door you used the first time. The next visit stays on that method. Adding a fresh email because the first one is slow to hand creates a second profile by accident, with an empty cashier and none of the spins you were trying to finish. If the first batch of a 150-spin pack is on the original profile, the second batch will be there too. It will not follow you to a new registration.

Google is one of the three, not a bypass around the other rules. A Google sign-in still lands on the currency you chose at registration and on the wagering you already accepted. It does not switch PLN to EUR. It does not apply a promo code. It does not press Activate. Phone sign-in is the same profile again. Use the number that is already on the account. A new number is a new door only if the account itself offers to attach it. Guessing that a new number will merge two balances is how people split the 75 spins they still have waiting across 24 hours.

The app uses these same three doors. Android, from the operator button, and TwinDrop Pulse on iPhone both ask for the method you already have. They do not print a fourth method on this card. If the password works in the browser and fails in the app, you are still dealing with one account, and the recovery path starts on the casino login form in either place. The app page follows what happens after that shared door opens, including the 50 points that real-money play in the official app can add.

The order for a password reset

Start on the casino login form. The reminder lives there, on the same screen that accepts email, phone, or Google. Use that reminder before you write to anyone. It is the step that can send a reset to the address or number already on the profile. A reset you begin on a different site, or in a message to the guide, does not reach the cashier. This guide's contact form does not submit to a server and cannot set a new password.

If the reminder never arrives, write from the address already on the account. The casino address is support@twindor.com, or the chat inside a session you can still open. Say which door you use, email, phone, or Google, and say the step where the form stops. Leave the password out of the letter. Leave the BLIK code out. Leave the photo of the card out. Those three items are never part of a useful support message, and sending them does not speed the reset. The desk that writes this guide is not the team that reads support@twindor.com. A letter sent to the guide's contact form stays in this browser.

After the password works again, you are on the original profile. Currency, limits, and an unfinished spin batch are the ones you left. The reset does not start the three hours after Activate, and it does not re-open a stage that expired because the deposit was recognised late. If the account shows a different balance from the one you remember, that is a cashier question for the same support address, sent from the account email, with the request details and without the password. The contact page explains how to tell the two desks apart before you choose a recipient.

What sign-in does not start

Signing in opens the profile. It stops there. It does not apply a promo code. The code, when you have one, comes from email, from the promotions tab, or sometimes from a post, and you enter it after you are inside. Each code keeps its own terms. Login does not know which band you meant, so it cannot arm the 150 percent row or the 100 percent row for you. A public code is not printed on this guide, and the login form is not where a missing public code would have been pasted.

Sign-in also does not press Activate. The three-hour window, in which the money must be recognised and must meet the band, begins at Activate. You can sign in at noon, read the grid, and activate at 18:00. The three hours run from 18:00. They do not run from noon. A deposit under the band you eventually activate still does not drop to a weaker percent. Sign-in does not start the x2 points hour either. That hour follows a qualifying first deposit: 1 hour for 50 to 119 PLN, 2 hours for 120 to 249 PLN, 3 hours from 250 PLN.

A visit that only passes to the official site is even earlier than sign-in. Leaving the guide does not open the account and does not start the three hours. You still have to register or sign in on the operator side, with the same method next time, and you still have to choose PLN or EUR if this is the registration. The 15-minute countdown stored under the sessionStorage key twindor-bonus-end belongs to this guide's browser tab. It is not the Activate window and it is not a login session at the casino. The promo code page starts at the moment after the door, which is the moment sign-in refuses to cover.

The app uses the same door

Android and TwinDrop Pulse ask for the same three methods. The store name on iPhone is TwinDrop Pulse. The Android file comes from the operator button, the one labelled along the lines of Get it on Android. Neither install creates a spare balance. If you sign in with Google on the phone, and you registered with Google, you are on the profile that holds the zloty or the euro you already chose. If you registered with email, use that email on the phone as well. Mixing methods is what splits the profile.

Real-money play in the official app can add 50 points. Those points land on the same points balance the browser shows, because there is one balance. They are not a prize for installing the file, and they are not paid for a Demo cue on this guide. The shop still prices Elven Princesses at 20 spins for 900 points and 50 spins for 1,500 points. Signing in on the phone does not auto-buy either bundle. You spend the points in the shop after the points exist. Package wagering stays. A stage you activated in the browser is the stage you see on the phone, including a second spin batch that is waiting on the 24-hour split.

Password recovery on the phone starts in the same order. Use the reminder on the casino login form first. Then, if you must write, use support@twindor.com from the account address or the chat, without the password, the BLIK code, or a card photo. The guide cannot see the app session. A limit you set in the browser travels to the phone because the profile is shared, which is a reason to set it before the smaller screen makes another round easy. The responsible play page talks about that shared limit. The login form itself does not set it.

What never goes into a support letter

Three things stay out of every message to support@twindor.com: the password, a BLIK code, and a photo of the card. The address belongs to the casino. Staff who can help with a withdrawal or a reset do not need those three items, and a message that contains them is a message you should not have sent. The same three items stay out of the guide's contact form. That form does not submit to a server, so typing a password into it only leaves the password in this browser. Delete it. Do not treat the form as a safer copy of the casino inbox.

What you can send to the casino, from the email already on the account, is the shape of the problem. Name the door you use. Name the step that stops. For a withdrawal, name the amount and the rail, bank or MiFinity or a named crypto network, and keep the card image out. For a missed stage, name the time you pressed Activate and the time the cashier recognised the money. Three hours is the test. A screenshot of the promotion row is more useful than a photograph of the plastic card. Adam C. checked a withdrawal on chat and by mail to that address. His note does not include a reply time, and it does not include a card photo.

The guide desk is the wrong recipient for all of the above. The desk reads the card. It does not see your balance, it does not reset a password, and it does not move a payout from the 14-day band to the 3-day band. A note about a wrong figure on this site can sit in the local form so you still have the wording. The figure changes when a newer card is read, around the January 2027 pass or sooner if the account already disagrees. The privacy page describes what this site stores, which is not your password and not your BLIK code.

Currency stays the one from registration

The login screen can look Polish, English, or German. The balance does not follow the language. PLN or EUR was chosen when the account was created, and every later sign-in returns to that choice. A package spin is then either 1 PLN or 0.20 EUR. Points are 1 per 10 PLN or per 2 EUR. The no-deposit cash reading is 40 PLN or 10 EUR, and the mix is 20 PLN or 5 EUR plus spins. You do not get to pick the prettier number at login. You get the number that matches the balance.

That is why a zloty player reads the stage grid in zloty, with caps of 2,500, 5,000, and 7,500 PLN, and a euro player reads the package up to 3,500 EUR. Login will not convert one into the other. The payout clock remains denominated in euro either way: up to 3 business days under 499 EUR, then 5, 14, 21, and 30 as the amount rises, with a 50,000 EUR cap across any 30 days. Poland's withdrawal floors stay in zloty on the card: 100 PLN by bank, 40 by MiFinity, about 40 for crypto, 45 for USDT on TRC20 or ERC20 and for USDC. Signing in does not replace those floors with a euro minimum the card never printed.

If the cashier shows a currency you did not choose, stop before you deposit. You may be on a second profile, opened with a different door. Go back to the original method, email or phone or Google, and look again. A promo code entered on the wrong profile follows the wrong profile's terms. Activate on the wrong profile starts three hours in the wrong place. The payments page is the longer reading of the same rule: currency at registration, language only as a display. Login is where people accidentally test the rule and open a duplicate.
